Kent County deputies are looking for the man that robbed a gas station in Ada. The armed robbery happened at the AGO gas station across M-21 from Amway at 7:33 p.m. Thursday March 15, 2018.
Deputies say the suspect approached the clerk and demanded that she give him the money from the register or he would shoot her. No weapon was seen but the suspect implied he had one.
The clerk emptied the money from the register and gave it to the suspect. He then left the store and took off towards the rear of the building. Deputies were able to get video evidence from the store showing the suspect.
After viewing the video police describe the suspect as a black man, 6’1, 200 lbs. He was wearing a dark jacket, dark jeans, and a hoodie. He had a covering over his face to hide his identity.
