You can now start dropping off your yard waste in Grand Rapids for the season.
This year has been mild enough that you can drop off yard waste in Grand Rapids earlier than normal.
The drop off site on Butterworth Street near Millennium Park opens Friday, March 23.
People who live in the city limits can drop off their yard waste between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You'll need to bring your ID with you.
Curbside waste collection begins April 2.
