Two injured in Grand Rapids shooting, no arrests made

Investigators are working to figure out who is responsible for a shooting that send two people to the hospital on the southeast side of the city, in or around a park.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Two people showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds on the evening of Sunday, April 22 after being dropped off by a private vehicle.

Investigators say the shots that injured them were fired around 7:30 p.m. either in or around Mulick Park, which is near the corner of Boston Street and Rosewood Avenue SE.

No arrests have been made so far. Investigators say the victims are expected to live.
