Middle school students from Hudsonville meet Vice President Mike Pence

A group of middle schools were greeted by the Vice President when they went to Washington D.C.

Students from Riley Street Middle School in Hudsonville had a once in a lifetime opportunity on June 12.

The students were on a trip to Washington D.C. and they met with Rep. Bill Huizenga. He welcomed them with a surprise visit from Vice President Mike Pence.

Both Huizenga and Pence posted about the meeting on social media.
