Heat exhaustion: get out of the heat and rest

Heat stroke may develop if heat exhaustion isn't treated properly.

It's important to listen to your body in the heat. If you're not careful, you might experience heat exhaustion.

It usually is accompanied by a fever not higher than 104 degrees. Symptoms include excessive thirst, nausea, fainting, cool clammy skin and heavy sweating.

Heat stroke, which is more serious, may develop if heat exhaustion isn't treated properly.
