GRBJ: 'Active lifestyle' restaurant opening doors

All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, artificial additives and GMOs.

A fast-casual restaurant that markets itself to people with an “active lifestyle” will open in town next week.

Franchisee Joyce Lunsford will open her third West Michigan CoreLife Eatery location at Breton Village shopping center in Grand Rapids, at 1814 Breton Rd. SE, on July 13.

“There’s so much to be excited about with a refreshing and innovative brand like CoreLife Eatery, where the focus is on fresh, quality ingredients, health and wellness,” Lunsford said.

Lunsford currently has CoreLife Eatery franchises in Grandville and Portage and one in Mishawaka, Indiana. She’s planning to open a location in Ann Arbor later this year.
