More than 80 athletes in Grand Rapids competing for Midwest Wheelchair Tennis Championship

GRAND RAPIDS Mich. - More than 80 wheelchair tennis athletes are in Grand Rapids for the 2018 Midwest Wheelchair Tennis Championship.

The tournament is being put on by Mary Free Bed Wheelchair and Adaptive Sports.

According to a press release, there will be more than 200 matches where athletes will compete for more than $15,000 in prize money.

Tournament play started at 8:30 a.m. Friday, July 13 and goes through Sunday, July 15 at MVP Athletic Club.
