GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - West Michigan's free, weekend-long jazz festival is taking over Rosa Parks Circle on Aug. 18 - 19.
The seventh annual GRandJazzFest is in the heart of Grand Rapids and features 10 performers. It started at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday and the headliner will take the stage at 8 p.m. On Sunday, the music starts at 1 p.m. and the last act is at 5:30 p.m.

For people attending the event, organizers encourage them to bring folding chairs, blankets and snacks. The event is sponsored by DTE Energy.
