A Chesterfield man has charged with indecent exposure after two women said a man matching his description and car exposed himself to them in separate incidents in Bruce Township in Macomb County, Michigan State Police say.

In a series of tweets, MSP describe the incidents and arrest.

On Sept. 8, a woman told MSP said a silver Chevy Lumina was following her while she jogged near 33 Mile and Van Dyke. The woman reportedly approached the man in the Lumina and saw him committing a sex act. She ran and called police. The driver fled, she said.

Another woman, on the same day, said a man followed her on Tamarack Lane near Gould Road while she jogged. The suspect reportedly lifted his hips so that she could see his pants pulled down.

Both females reported the same license plate and driver description, police said.

On Wednesday, MSP troopers tracked down a suspect and interviewed him at his home. He was arrested.

On Thursday, Sean Bobcean of Chesterfield was arraigned on two counts of aggravated indecent exposure at the 42-1 District Court with a $75,000 no 10% cash bond.
