Police: Wyoming store robbed in 'aggressive take over' style

Three suspects entered the store dressed in black with their faces covered. Police say at least two of them were carrying guns.

WYOMING, Mich. - Police in Wyoming are looking for three people that robbed a grocery store on Burton Street SW early Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018.

The Wyoming Department of Public Safety was called to Galewood Foods on Burton near Michael Avenue at 1:45 a.m. for an armed robbery. Police say the three suspects entered the store dressed in black with their faces covered and at least two of them had handguns.

According to police they conducted an "aggressive take over" style robbery of the store and customers. The suspects were able to get away with cigarettes, liquor, and an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured in the robbery.
