We can all reuse a box from Amazon and throw a simple, cheap gift inside for the people on our lists, but by amping up your gift giving, you can win some points with your friends and family. The best gifts are ones that are useful, and fit the personality of the person getting them.
What about wrapping paper? It can help make your gifts look a bit more polished, but if you aren't a good wrapper, you may want to add a bit of ribbon or an ornament to take the focus away from your less than crisp corners.
But, what many people don't think about is giving a gift... without any wrapping. If the presentation is good, you can make an impression without attempting to fight with the wrapping paper roll.
