FREMONT, Mich. - Meijer is opening a new 155,000 square-foot Fremont supercenter Tuesday, May 21.
The company will dedicate the store's first day of business with a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Meijer leadership and local dignitaries.
The Fremont Meijer gas station already opened April 25.
The new store will be the 116th in Michigan and one of five supercenters opening throughout the Midwest this year.
The store has created more than 300 jobs in the community and will provide local residents with fresh produce delivered daily, as well as affordable, high-quality merchandise and a full-service pharmacy that makes family healthcare a priority.
